A little help with JDi.

Include your macOS version, which JDi screen you were using, and what you expected to happen. Please leave out passwords and private customer records.

Signing in

Use the account for your existing JDi workspace. If you have not received an invitation, contact your workspace owner. App access is free; no subscription or in-app purchase is required.

You can also open your workspace in a browser.

Notifications on your Mac

Allow notifications when JDi asks. You can review permissions in macOS System Settings → Notifications → JDi. Also check whether a Focus mode is silencing notifications.

The direct Mac download is available. The Mac App Store release is coming soon.
